PLEASE READ

    •    At the time of booking a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. (WEDDING DEPOSIT NOT INCLUDED

    •    The final balance payment is due 24 hrs before the day of your photo session.

    •    If your date/time is not available, please reach out.

Travel Fee

    •    There is a travel fee associated with all bookings outside of Katy/Houston, TX & Prairie View, TX. Please consult before booking to confirm availability and travel fee.

Time & Arrival

    •    Please arrive on time, the session end time will not be extended due to the client being late. There is an additional $25 late fee that will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late.

    •    After 25 minutes , your session will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. In order to reschedule or to book a new shoot, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

    •    If you are unable to make your photoshoot, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee.

    •    There is a $50 rescheduling fee associated with the rescheduling of any appointment(excluding inclement weather). This fee must be paid at the time of rescheduling. The shoot must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the date of the shoot.

    •    All clients must consult first before rescheduling any studio photoshoot outside of Gorgeous Images studio, there is an additional fee any time an outside studio shoot needs to be rescheduled. .

Image policy

    •    Unedited images will be sent out via email within 1-2 business days from when photos are taken. The turnaround time for edited images are 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the edited selections are made. If you choose more than the amount of your package, Please be advised that your turnaround time will increase due to time management. Please note that Graduation season is a very busy time. Please allow your photographer time to finish your edits. We are striving to get everyone’s photos back in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding.

    •    Creative edits are not included in any packages, all creative edits will require an additional fee. Please consult first for pricing.

    •    Gorgeous Images reserves the right to display all client work on social media, portfolio etc.

Studio Shoots

    •    Gorgeous Images is not responsible for outside studio rental payments outside of the packages provided. Clients are responsible for any third party studio that they would like to use, this includes all creative studios.

Weddings

    •    For all wedding inquiries, please submit a contact form. Please do not book through event photography.
